Alan and Andy are by the river Blackwater in Ireland in pic.1. They have very good Grilse. I want to fish such nice fishes.
Alan is standing with his game with the beautiful river for a background in pic.2.
He said the carps in pic.3 and pic.4 are called "Mirror Carp" in UK. We call them "German Carp" in Japan. I had caught them when I was a boy. I think they come from Europe in old days. When I was in high school, I had read Izaak Walton's " The Compleat Angler". I am very surprised at the bream in pic.5, because it is as same as the illustrations of that book.
